CRF and The Energy Resources Institute (TERI) co-hosted a high-level Post-COP30 Dialogue, “Beyond Belém: Charting the Next Phase of Global Climate Action,” at India Habitat Centre, New Delhi, on 9 December 2025. The event brought together senior policymakers, negotiators, experts, and researchers to unpack COP30 outcomes on mitigation, the Global Goal on Adaptation, climate finance (including the Baku-to-Belém Roadmap), and just transition. Discussions emphasized equity, climate justice, trade-climate linkages, and the scale and architecture of climate finance, with a shared call to translate COP30 decisions into fair, implementable pathways for developing countries, particularly India.
