The Pre-COP Dialogue, organised by Chintan Research Foundation on October 24, 2025, at India Habitat Centre, New Delhi, convened leading climate experts and policymakers to discuss advancing global climate action ahead of COP 30 in Belém, Brazil. The event focused on evaluating progress since the Paris Agreement, identifying gaps in climate governance, and setting expectations for UNFCCC action.
