BRICS Dialogue 2026

The Chintan Research Foundation (CRF) is organising the BRICS Dialogue 2026 on 8 September 2026 at Juniper Hall, Indian Habitat Centre, New Delhi, ahead of the BRICS Summit in India.

As India assumes the BRICS Chairship in 2026 under the theme “Building for Resilience, Innovation, Cooperation and Sustainability”, the Dialogue will examine the evolving role of BRICS in a rapidly changing geopolitical and geoeconomic landscape. Bringing together policymakers, diplomats, scholars, strategic experts, industry representatives, and practitioners, the Dialogue will explore pathways for strengthening BRICS cooperation and advancing the priorities of the Global South.

The Dialogue will feature two thematic sessions focusing on “BRICS and the Geopolitics of a Resilient Multipolar Order” and “BRICS and Geoeconomic Cooperation.” Discussions will address south-south cooperation, global governance reform, trade and investment, digital technologies and innovation, critical minerals, financial resilience, sustainable development, and practical mechanisms for deeper intra-BRICS cooperation.
