India has emerged as one of the world's leading digital economies, driven by its robust Digital Public Infrastructure and the world's largest real-time digital payments ecosystem. From expanding financial access and accelerating innovation to enabling economic participation at scale, India's digital transformation has become a global benchmark.

Against this backdrop, Chintan Research Foundation, in partnership with Ikigai Law and Koan Advisory Group, is organising a one-day conclave, India's Digital Economy: Potential & Prospects, on 07 July 2026 at The Dome, Ambassador, New Delhi.

The conference will bring together policymakers, industry leaders, legal experts, researchers, and practitioners to deliberate on the future of India's digital economy, the evolution of UPI and cross-border payment systems, emerging payment rails such as CBDCs and stablecoins, and the critical challenges of cybersecurity, digital fraud, regulation, and financial inclusion. The conclave seeks to foster dialogue on building a secure, inclusive, and future-ready digital ecosystem for India.
