WTO MC14 Outcomes: Future of Multilateralism and Implications on India’s Trade Agenda”, jointly organised by Chintan Research Foundation (CRF) and Indian Council for Research on International Economic Relations (ICRIER) is a seminar is scheduled on 5th May 2026, 10:00 AM-1:00 PM (IST) at Juniper Hall, India Habitat Centre, New Delhi.
The objective of the seminar is to reflect on the outcomes of WTO's Fourteenth Ministerial Conference (MC14) and the implications for India's trade policy agenda. The idea is to discuss the areas of progress, the persistent deadlock in the system and its broader impact on the future of rule-based trading system. Importantly, the discussion will seek to inform how these developments shape India’s trade policy priorities in the current geopolitical context, where the importance of rules-based trade is greater than ever.
