On July 29, 2025, CRF hosted a conference at India International Centre (IIC), New Delhi in collaboration with NDTV, which explored the EU’s Readiness 2030 Plan and its implications for India-EU defence ties, including joint production, procurement, and technology transfer. The discussion featured senior representatives from the members of the Indian and EU diplomatic community as well as the Indian private defence industry. The event assessed the scope of India-EU defence industrial collaboration in joint manufacturing, technology transfer, and exports. The panellists also suggested to have a long-term strategy for upgrading the India-EU partnership as we move into the 2030s. With ReArm Europe initiated, the window for India to act is wide open.
