Trade and Environment Policy professional with experience supporting India’s international trade negotiations at the WTO, EU, and EFTA through work at the Centre for WTO Studies, Ministry of Commerce and Industry. Extensive experience in drafting policy briefs, conducting legal analysis, and advising on trade–environment linkages. Expertise includes carbon border measures, environmental non-tariff measures (NTMs), government procurement, deforestation-free supply chains, and climate finance. Strong foundation in international environmental law and climate policy design. Holds an MPhil in Environmental Policy from the University of Cambridge, with research focused on the effectiveness of international climate finance and climate justice.
