Dr. Anu Sharma

Dr. Anu Sharma is presently an Assistant Professor at the Amity Institute of Defence and Strategic Studies (AIDSS), Amity University, Noida. Formerly a Research Fellow at the Centre for Air Power Studies (CAPS), New Delhi, her research focuses on international politics, defence and strategy, foreign policy and area studies. She has presented and published widely at national and international platforms and authored Through the Looking Glass: Iran and its Foreign Relations (KW Publishers, 2020; Routledge, 2022). A former freelance journalist with The Statesman, she holds an M.A. and M.Phil. from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi and Ph.D. from the Central University of Gujarat, Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
