Dr Madhukar Shyam

Dr Madhukar Shyam is an Assistant Professor in the Department of International Studies and Political Science, School of Social Sciences, and a Fellow at the Centre for Social and Policy Research, CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Delhi NCR Campus. He teaches international relations, China’s and India’s foreign policy, and security studies. He holds a B.A. (Hons) in Political Science from Delhi College of Arts and Commerce, an M.A. in Politics (International Studies) from JNU’s School of International Studies, and an M.Phil. and Ph.D. from JNU’s Centre for East Asian Studies. His research spans IR theory, information warfare, IPR, maritime security, and Sino-Indian foreign policy, including work for the MEA Project and NatStrat.
