Dr. Tanvi Khurana is a Research Associate at Chintan Research Foundation, with a focus on energy access, energy transition, and climate policy. She also has research interests in rural livelihoods, gender mainstreaming in the energy sector, and the growth of MSMEs in India.
Prior to joining CRF, she was a Research Associate at The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI). She holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy from TERI School of Advanced Studies, where her doctoral research explored the linkages between electricity access and rural livelihoods.
