Dr. Debajit Palit is a researcher, practitioner, author, editor, and trainer, he brings over 27 years of expertise across renewable energy, including solar PV, biomass, clean energy access, micro-grids, energy transition, climate action, and the energy-livelihood-gender nexus. He has been consistently featured among the Top 2% of the World’s Scientists in the Stanford University ranking for the past five years. He holds a Ph.D. in Energy Policy from TERI School of Advanced Studies, a Post Graduate Diploma in Non-Conventional Energy Technology from Tezpur University, and a Master’s degree in Physics from Gauhati University.
