Poorvie is a Research Consultant at the Centre for Geopolitics and Strategic Studies, Chintan Research Foundation, specialising in Africa. She holds an honours in political science at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Currently, she is pursuing PhD at Jawaharlal Nehru University, with research focused on regional integration in Africa and the East African Community.
